Lots of square footage in this split bedroom floor plan home. The addition on north side of house has 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets and a bathroom. At the front of the house the formal living room has been divided into 2 separate rooms with a temporary wall that could be removed to convert back into a living room if desired. One of those rooms can be used as the 5th bedroom because it has a window. The other room could be used as an office, craft room or storage room, it does not have a window. There are 2 other bedrooms on the east & south side of the house with a bathroom. Kitchen has lots of cabinets and pantry, all stainless steel appliances will stay. Washer/dryer & water softener stays. Seller has a new garbage disposal but never had it installed. Seller will leave it for the new buyers to install. There is an old 8 x 10 metal shed in back yard that stays.
